This release brings the office to your phone. Managers can now add customers, decide approvals, check reports and look after stock without opening the web app. Everyone also gets a new sign-in screen.
Customers, from start to finish
The full customer form:Add customer and Edit details now open the complete customer form. It has invoice and delivery addresses, account type, terms, credit limit, invoicing, head account and rounds, just like the web app.
Credit limit changes that wait politely: If a credit limit increase needs approval, your other changes are saved straight away and only the new limit waits for the approver.
Approvals on the go
An Approvals screen: Credit limit increases, credit notes and prices below the minimum can now be approved or rejected from your phone. You can also withdraw a request you raised yourself.
Filtered to what matters: Waiting on me, Pending, Mine and All show you the right requests, and each one is laid out in plain words.
A badge that counts for you: The Approvals tile shows how many requests are waiting on you.
Approving gets it done: Approving a request now carries out the change, so nobody has to go back and do it again.
Reports and a home screen for managers
Reports built for a phone: The new Reports screen has Aged receivables, Sales summary and Stock valuation. Each has summary cards on top and a list you can pull to refresh.
Who owes what:Aged receivables shows outstanding and overdue totals and an age bar, with customers listed by balance. Tap a customer to open them.
How sales are going:Sales summary covers this week, this month, last month or dates you pick, broken down by customer or by month.
A finance home: Users set up with the finance home see sales this month, Owed to you, Over 30 days, Money in today, waiting approvals, Biggest balances and Bank and cash. Each links to its report.
Stock you can look after
Everything about one product's stock: The product page and the Stock screen show on hand, available and allocated stock, with a Low or Out badge.
Minimum and maximum levels: You can now set a product's minimum and maximum stock levels from your phone.
Count or adjust a single row: Tap a location, bin or batch to correct it. Enter what you counted or the amount to add or remove, see the result before you save, and get a warning before stock goes below zero.
Set opening stock: A product with no stock recorded offers Set opening stock, and remembers the warehouse you used last.
A Stock screen you can work through: Tap any product to open its stock. The Low and Out counts work as filters, and the list keeps loading beyond 100 products.
Low stock that means something: Stock, the catalog, scanned products and the basket all show low stock against each product's own minimum level, not a fixed 10.
A new sign-in screen
A fresh look: The sign-in screen now matches the web app, and on a tablet it uses the whole screen.
Your company code, remembered: Enter your company code once. After a successful sign-in it shows as "Signing in to" with Change beside it.
Clearer messages: You're told which field needs attention when you press Sign in, you get a hint when Caps Lock is on, and if your session ends unexpectedly the app now tells you.
Smaller things that save time
Any method into any account:Record payment and Sell now list every account marked Cash or Bank, suggest the usual one for the method you pick, and show a note if the pairing is unusual.
Clearer invoice status: Invoices now show Overdue and Partial. Invoices where more was returned than delivered show Open credit, Partly applied or Applied, and the credit available in place of the amount due.
Bug Fixes
Delivery address on orders: A delivery order taken without picking a site now uses the customer's default delivery site, so the invoice and delivery note print the "Delivery To" address.
Saves that need approval: Saving a credit note or credit limit that needs approval now tells you it's waiting, where before it looked like it had saved.
